Take a moment, and think. What do we, as a nation, gain from denying others equality? If we make the conscious decision to subvert the rights of a minority, simply because it is the will of the majority, what sort of legacy does that leave for our generation? Equality isn’t an option… it’s a necessity. It’s the very essence of who we are, and who we must continue to be.
